Acknowledge the resource and contributors

Acknowledgment is requested, but is not a condition of reuse under CC0. Please acknowledge The Dynamic PDB and the researchers whose data and models you use. Cite associated publications and dataset DOIs where available.

To make your work traceable, include relevant entry and model identifiers, external accessions, and retrieval dates.

Tell us how you use it

We want to understand how The Dynamic PDB serves the dynamic structural biology community. If you use it in research, teaching, method development, or a commercial application, please tell us at prism-core@astera.org.

We welcome examples of analyses, tools, and findings supported by the resource, as well as requests for missing data, metrics, or functionality. Knowing what is useful and what is difficult helps us prioritize development around community needs.
